How do I download my blood test report online?

Enter the patient name and the mobile number or email you used at booking. Your reports are listed on the same page with a Download button.

When will my report be ready?

Most reports are ready within about 24 hours of sample collection. We also message you on WhatsApp when yours is signed off by the pathologist.

It says no report was found. What should I do?

Type the name exactly as on the booking and use the same mobile number or email. If it still does not open, message us on WhatsApp 84250 40353 and we will send it to you.

Is my report safe?

Yes. A report opens only when the name and the mobile number or email both match, and the page closes itself after 20 minutes.
