About this package

This is a rounded check of kidney function and the salts the kidneys control. The kidney function test and eGFR show filtering, the electrolyte profile shows sodium and potassium, which matter for the heart and muscles, serum uric acid is relevant to kidney stones and gout, and the urine examination looks for protein, blood and infection. The blood count completes the review. It works well as a general kidney check for people with symptoms like swelling, changes in urine or high blood pressure.

A complete kidney health panel: kidney function, eGFR, electrolytes, uric acid, urine examination and a blood count.

What does this package cover?

The 6 tests are grouped into 3 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 1 test

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

Kidney & electrolytes 4 tests

How well your kidneys filter waste, plus the salts (electrolytes) they keep in balance.

  • eGFR (estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate)

eGFR (estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) is a blood test. eGFR (estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate) helps assess how well the kidneys filter waste and maintain fluid and electrolyte balance.

  • Kidney Function Test

Blood urea/BUN, serum creatinine, eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate), uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, and calcium.

  • Serum Electrolyte Profile

Serum Electrolyte Profile is a blood test. Serum Electrolyte Profile helps assess how well the kidneys filter waste and maintain fluid and electrolyte balance.

  • Serum Uric Acid

Serum Uric Acid is a blood test. Screens for gout and monitors uric acid in kidney and metabolic conditions.

Urine 1 test

Routine urine analysis for infection, sugar, protein and kidney clues.

  • Urine Complete

Urine Complete is a diagnostic laboratory test carried out on a urine sample. Your doctor may advise it to screen for, diagnose or monitor a related condition, with results reported against standard reference ranges.

6 tests included (42 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 6 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 3 health areas together, not in isolation
  • All samples collected in a single home visit
  • Costs ₹645 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Men & women

Age group

All ages

Purpose

Health screening

People with swollen feet, high blood pressure, diabetes, kidney stones or frequent urinary infections, and those taking long-term medicines.

How often should you get it done?

Once a year if at risk, or as advised.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Kidney & electrolytes - eGFR (estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate), Kidney Function Test, Serum Electrolyte Profile and Serum Uric Acid
  • Urine - Urine Complete

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

How to prepare

  • Fast for 8 hours before the sample - plain water is allowed. An early-morning slot makes this easier.
  • Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
  • Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.
  • For the urine test, a first-morning, mid-stream sample in the sterile container we provide is best.
  • Wear a loose-sleeved top so the blood sample can be collected easily.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

Why are electrolytes important?

Sodium and potassium keep nerves, muscles and the heart working. The kidneys balance them, so abnormal values may signal kidney or medicine-related problems.

Can high uric acid harm the kidneys?

It can form crystals that cause stones and may contribute to kidney damage over time. Diet and, when needed, medicines can bring it down.

How should I prepare?

Fast for eight hours with water allowed, and bring a first-morning urine sample.
