Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.
For the urine test, a first-morning, mid-stream sample in the sterile container we provide is best.

Understanding your package report
Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.
There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.
Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.
