About this package

This basic option covers the most important health risks for this age group at a lower cost: fasting sugar for diabetes, the lipid profile for heart risk, and the liver and kidney panels for the organs that suffer first from lifestyle. The urine routine and the blood count complete the screen. With 81 parameters, it gives a clear picture of how the body is coping and a baseline for the future. Add thyroid and vitamins if you have tiredness or hair fall.

A basic checkup for ages 30 to 45: sugar, cholesterol, liver, kidney, urine and a blood count.

What does this package cover?

The 6 tests are grouped into 6 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 1 test

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

Diabetes & blood sugar 1 test

Current and 3-month average blood sugar, plus insulin markers for diabetes and insulin resistance.

Heart & cholesterol 1 test

Blood fats and inflammation markers that together indicate the risk of heart disease and stroke.

  • Lipid Profile

Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and the calculated VLDL and total cholesterol/HDL ratio.

Liver 1 test

Liver enzymes, bilirubin and proteins that show inflammation, fatty liver or reduced liver function.

  • Liver Function Test (LFT)

SGPT/ALT, SGOT/AST, ALP, GGT, total/direct/indirect bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin, and the A/G ratio.

Kidney & electrolytes 1 test

How well your kidneys filter waste, plus the salts (electrolytes) they keep in balance.

  • Kidney Function Test

Blood urea/BUN, serum creatinine, eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate), uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, and calcium.

Urine 1 test

Routine urine analysis for infection, sugar, protein and kidney clues.

  • Urine Routine & Microscopic Examination

Physical characteristics (colour, clarity), chemical markers (protein, glucose, ketones, blood, pH), and microscopic examination for cells, crystals, casts and bacteria in a urine sample.

6 tests included (81 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • 6 laboratory investigations in one booking
  • Looks at 6 health areas together, not in isolation
  • All samples collected in a single home visit
  • Costs ₹595 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Men & women

Age group

30-45 years

Purpose

Health screening

Adults aged 30 to 45 who want a simple, affordable annual health check.

How often should you get it done?

Once a year. Treat this report as your baseline for comparison with future tests.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC)
  • Diabetes & blood sugar - Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)
  • Heart & cholesterol - Lipid Profile
  • Liver - Liver Function Test (LFT)
  • Kidney & electrolytes - Kidney Function Test
  • Urine - Urine Routine & Microscopic Examination

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

How to prepare

  • Fast for 10 to 12 hours before the sample - plain water is allowed. An early-morning slot makes this easier.
  • Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
  • Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.
  • For the urine test, a first-morning, mid-stream sample in the sterile container we provide is best.
  • Wear a loose-sleeved top so the blood sample can be collected easily.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

If you feel tired or have hair fall, add a thyroid profile and vitamin D. Our standard and advanced versions already include some of these.

What counts as a high cholesterol at this age?

A total cholesterol above 200 mg/dL or LDL above 130 mg/dL is generally considered higher than ideal, though targets depend on your overall risk.

How should I prepare?

Fast for ten to twelve hours, with plain water allowed.
