Is the AI report analyser free?
Yes. You can analyse up to 5 reports a day for free. It works with reports from any lab, not only HWP Diagnostic.
Is this a medical diagnosis?
No. It is an AI assistant that explains your values in simple words. Please follow your doctor's consultation for the best advice, and never start, stop or change a medicine based on it.
Is my report stored?
No. HWP Diagnostic does not save your report. It is sent to an AI service (Groq or Google Gemini) only to generate the explanation, which you agree to before uploading.
Which reports can I upload?
Blood, urine and other lab test reports as a PDF or a clear photo (JPG, PNG or WEBP) up to 10 MB. Imaging reports such as X-ray or sonography are not supported yet.
What if something on my report is urgent?
If a value looks dangerously abnormal, the assistant will tell you to contact a doctor the same day. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital.
