About this package

Designed for people with demanding jobs, this panel adds two markers that routine checkups skip. Homocysteine, an amino acid, is linked to heart and vessel risk and rises when B12 and folate are short, and CRP shows low-grade inflammation, a second heart-risk factor. Fasting sugar and HbA1c, the lipid profile and the liver, kidney and urine tests cover the standard ground. Thyroid, B12 and vitamin D look at the commonest hidden causes of fatigue. With 90 parameters, it is a rounded report for those who want to see more than the basics.

An advanced executive checkup: sugar, homocysteine, inflammation, cholesterol, organs, thyroid, B12 and vitamin D.

What does this package cover?

The 12 tests are grouped into 8 health areas:

Blood count & inflammation 2 tests

Red cells, white cells and platelets, blood group, and general inflammation markers.

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

RBC count, haemoglobin, haematocrit, WBC count with differential (neutrophils, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, basophils), platelet count, and red-cell indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC).

  • CRP (C-Reactive Protein)

The level of C-reactive protein circulating in the blood, which rises within hours of an inflammatory trigger.

Diabetes & blood sugar 2 tests

Current and 3-month average blood sugar, plus insulin markers for diabetes and insulin resistance.

  • Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)

The concentration of glucose in your blood after an overnight fast.

  • HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin)

The percentage of haemoglobin in red blood cells that has glucose attached to it (glycated) - since red cells live about 120 days, this reflects average blood sugar over that period.

Heart & cholesterol 2 tests

Blood fats and inflammation markers that together indicate the risk of heart disease and stroke.

  • Homocysteine

The concentration of homocysteine in the blood.

  • Lipid Profile

Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, triglycerides, and the calculated VLDL and total cholesterol/HDL ratio.

Liver 1 test

Liver enzymes, bilirubin and proteins that show inflammation, fatty liver or reduced liver function.

  • Liver Function Test (LFT)

SGPT/ALT, SGOT/AST, ALP, GGT, total/direct/indirect bilirubin, total protein, albumin, globulin, and the A/G ratio.

Kidney & electrolytes 1 test

How well your kidneys filter waste, plus the salts (electrolytes) they keep in balance.

  • Kidney Function Test

Blood urea/BUN, serum creatinine, eGFR (estimated glomerular filtration rate), uric acid, sodium, potassium, chloride, and calcium.

Thyroid 1 test

Thyroid hormones and antibodies - an under- or over-active thyroid affects weight, energy, mood and heart rate.

  • Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH)

Total/Free T3 (triiodothyronine), Total/Free T4 (thyroxine), and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone, produced by the pituitary gland to regulate the thyroid).

Vitamins, bone & minerals 2 tests

Vitamin D, B12, folate and the minerals and hormones that keep bones and nerves healthy.

  • Vitamin B12

    Serum vitamin B12 (cobalamin) concentration.

  • Vitamin D (25-OH)

25-hydroxyvitamin D (the combined D2 + D3 form), which is the most accurate indicator of overall vitamin D status in the body.

Urine 1 test

Routine urine analysis for infection, sugar, protein and kidney clues.

  • Urine Routine & Microscopic Examination

Physical characteristics (colour, clarity), chemical markers (protein, glucose, ketones, blood, pH), and microscopic examination for cells, crystals, casts and bacteria in a urine sample.

12 tests included (90 parameters)

Why consider this package?

  • Looks at 8 health areas together, not in isolation
  • All samples collected in a single home visit
  • Costs ₹2,089 less than booking the tests separately
  • Useful for preventive screening, or when your doctor wants these tests together
  • Pathologist-reviewed reports shared online

Who is this package for?

Designed for

Men & women

Age group

All ages

Purpose

Health screening

Executives and professionals over thirty-five, people under long-term stress, and anyone with a family history of heart disease.

How often should you get it done?

Once a year. Any further testing will be selected by your doctor after reading the result.

Not everyone needs every test. Whether this package suits you depends on your age, symptoms, family history and any ongoing treatment - your doctor can advise.

What can you learn from this package?

The package can provide information about:

  • Blood count & inflammation - Complete Blood Count (CBC) and CRP (C-Reactive Protein)
  • Diabetes & blood sugar - Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS) and HbA1c (Glycated Haemoglobin)
  • Heart & cholesterol - Homocysteine and Lipid Profile
  • Liver - Liver Function Test (LFT)
  • Kidney & electrolytes - Kidney Function Test
  • Thyroid - Thyroid Profile (T3, T4, TSH)
  • Vitamins, bone & minerals - Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D (25-OH)
  • Urine - Urine Routine & Microscopic Examination

A package gives individual results for each test - it does not diagnose disease by itself.

How to prepare

  • Fast for 10 to 12 hours before the sample - plain water is allowed. An early-morning slot makes this easier.
  • Drink water as usual, and avoid alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours before.
  • Take your regular medicines unless your doctor advises otherwise, and tell the phlebotomist what you take.
  • For the urine test, a first-morning, mid-stream sample in the sterile container we provide is best.
  • Wear a loose-sleeved top so the blood sample can be collected easily.

Understanding your package report

Your report lists the result of each test separately, with its own unit and reference range. Values outside the range are highlighted.

There is no single overall "health score" - each result is read on its own and then together with the others. One out-of-range value is not a diagnosis, and a normal report does not guarantee you are completely healthy.

Share the report with your doctor, who will interpret it with your symptoms and history. Call us if you need help reading it.

Frequently asked questions

What is homocysteine?

An amino acid that builds up when vitamins B12, B6 or folate are short. High levels are associated with a higher risk of heart disease and stroke, and can often be lowered with the right vitamins.

Why test fasting sugar and HbA1c together?

Fasting sugar is a snapshot of one morning, and HbA1c shows the three-month average. Together they pick up problems that either could miss.

How should I prepare?

Fast for ten to twelve hours with water allowed, avoid alcohol for a day, and skip a hard workout that morning.
